About the Role

You’ll provide personal care, domestic assistance, transport, and community access for our Participants adults and children living with disability and mental health needs. You’ll work with a supportive team, delivering tailored support that empowers each Participant to thrive.

Current shifts available: Days, Afternoons, Weekends, Inactive nights (sleepovers), and public holidays.

Service areas: All Perth suburbs

What You’ll Need

• Valid NSW driver’s licence & reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
• First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check (issued within the last 3 months or willingness to obtain)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Completion of NDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)
• Australian working rights
• Smartphone with internet access
• COVID-19 vaccinations

Bonus: Experience providing in-home care, personal care, and community access is highly regarded.
