Therapeutic support

At Grandsheffield Care, our therapeutic support service is designed to empower NDIS participants aged 7 years and above by helping them apply functional skills to improve their independence and active participation in everyday life. We provide tailored support in key areas including language and communication, mobility and movement, personal care routines, interpersonal interactions, and community engagement. These services aim to build confidence, enhance practical abilities, and support each individual's unique goals, promoting long-term wellbeing and greater quality of life.
