Disability home & living

At Grandsheffield Care, we provide Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) under the NDIS to support individuals with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs by offering thoughtfully designed, accessible homes that improve quality of life, enhance independence and safety, while enabling the effective delivery of care; our SDA options range from shared living with a small number of residents to individual housing when it best suits a participant's support needs, with SDA funding covering the cost of the dwelling—though rent and everyday living expenses remain the resident’s responsibility—excluding personal disability support services provided within the home
